Michael WebbI am a retired teacher/coach who worked in the Memphis City Schools, Shelby County Schools and the current Shelby County school system. I am also a retired FedEx hub operations managers of 20 years.
I saw first-hand the needs of at-risk children and the consequences of lacking proper education, parenting and positive role models. So, I decided to form SWEAAT, Ince at the end of my teaching/coaching profession (two years before my retirement). SWEAAT Inc. received its 501c3 non-profit status on March 24, 2015. Since SWEAAT Inc.’s existence, we have helped schools with tutoring, after school programs, special school incentive projects as well as provide students with basic necessities such as warm coats and school supplies. |
